All services PHOTO & VIDEO

Show people why your business is worth paying attention to.

Your customers want to see the real business.

The people. The products. The work. The experience. The details that make choosing you feel like the right decision.

We plan, capture, and edit original photography and video designed to make your business recognizable, credible, and easier to understand.

LOOK LIKE THE BUSINESS YOU HAVE BECOME

Your visuals are shaping an opinion before anyone reads a word.

Customers notice the difference between a business using thoughtful, original visuals and one relying on the same stock photos as everyone else.

They notice outdated team photos.

Dark product images.

A website filled with unrelated pictures.

Videos that look impressive but never explain what the business actually does.

And social media content that feels disconnected from the real customer experience.

Photography and video are not decoration.

They help people understand your quality, personality, process, environment, and level of professionalism before they ever contact you.

We create visual content that reflects the business you are now and gives your marketing stronger material to work with.

Looking professional is not about looking perfect.

It is about looking intentional.

CONTENT WITH A JOB TO DO

A beautiful image is valuable. A useful image can work across your entire business.

Before we pick up a camera, we ask what the content needs to accomplish.

Does it need to introduce your team?

Explain a service?

Make a product easier to imagine owning?

Show the scale of a project?

Capture the experience of visiting your location?

Give your social media enough original content for the next several months?

Support a new website, launch, advertisement, event, campaign, or sales presentation?

The purpose affects everything.

The shot list. The location. The people involved. The orientation. The pacing. The lighting. The editing. The final file formats.

We plan the production around where the content will be used and what the audience should understand, feel, or do after seeing it.

WHAT WE CAN CREATE

Original content built around your actual business.

Brand Photography

A custom collection of images that captures the visual world of your business.

This may include your team, location, customer experience, services, products, process, details, community, and the personality behind the brand.

The goal is to create a consistent image library that can support your website, social media, advertising, print materials, presentations, public relations, and future campaigns.

Commercial Photography

Professional photography created for a specific business or marketing purpose.

We plan the images around the audience, message, brand, placement, and action the content needs to support.

Team & Leadership Photography

Headshots do not need to feel like picture day.

We photograph owners, leadership teams, employees, and larger groups in a way that feels polished, approachable, and connected to the brand.

Depending on the project, this may include traditional headshots, environmental portraits, team interactions, working images, and group photographs.

Product Photography

Clear, compelling images that help customers understand what they are buying.

This may include individual product images, collections, styled scenes, detail shots, packaging, scale references, process photography, and lifestyle images.

The creative direction depends on the product, platform, brand, and intended customer experience.

Service & Process Photography

Some businesses sell work that customers rarely get to see.

We document the equipment, skill, process, people, and details behind the result.

This can be especially valuable for contractors, trades, professional services, manufacturers, hospitality businesses, cultural organizations, and other companies where trust grows when customers understand how the work happens.

Location & Interior Photography

Photography of offices, stores, restaurants, museums, venues, properties, facilities, workspaces, and customer environments.

We capture the space with its real use in mind, whether the images need to encourage a visit, support a listing, explain the customer experience, document a transformation, or strengthen the brand.

Lifestyle Photography

Products and services become easier to understand when people can imagine experiencing them.

Lifestyle photography places the offering in a realistic or aspirational context while keeping the focus on the business and customer.

Event Photography

Coverage of company events, community programs, openings, celebrations, fundraisers, conferences, activations, performances, and customer experiences.

We plan for both documentation and future marketing use so the business leaves the event with more than a folder of random crowd photos.

Brand Videos

Videos that introduce the business, communicate its personality, explain its value, and help customers understand what makes it different.

A brand video may combine interviews, working footage, customer experience, location footage, products, services, voiceover, music, graphics, and other elements based on the story.

Website Video

Homepage videos, service introductions, team videos, background footage, testimonials, FAQs, and other video content created specifically for the website experience.

We consider page placement, loading requirements, sound, captions, orientation, length, and what the visitor needs at that point in the customer journey.

Social Media Video

Reels, TikToks, Shorts, interviews, educational clips, demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, trends, announcements, and ongoing short-form video.

We help businesses create content that feels natural to the platform without forcing the brand to copy everything already on it.

Customer Testimonials

Real customers can communicate trust in a way a polished sales message cannot.

We help prepare the questions, guide the conversation, film the interview, and edit the strongest moments into testimonial content that feels credible and focused.

We do not script customers to the point that their experience stops sounding real.

Educational & Expert Content

Your team already has knowledge customers need.

We turn that expertise into interviews, demonstrations, explainers, FAQs, tips, myth-busting videos, process walkthroughs, and other useful content.

The goal is not to make every business owner become an influencer.

It is to make their knowledge easier to discover.

Product Videos

Product demonstrations, launches, feature highlights, how-to videos, styled product content, unboxings, comparisons, and short-form clips designed to help customers see the product in action.

Recruitment & Culture Content

Photography and video that shows candidates what it is like to work with your company.

This may include employee stories, workplace footage, leadership messages, team culture, career opportunities, and the real environment behind the job description.

Campaign Content

Photo and video developed for a launch, promotion, seasonal campaign, event, advertising initiative, public relations opportunity, or larger marketing strategy.

We create the production plan around the campaign instead of trying to make unrelated footage fit afterward.

BEYOND ONE VIDEO

One production day can create an entire content system.

A business may request one video when what it really needs is a collection of adaptable content.

During the same production, we may be able to capture:

  • A primary brand video
  • Short social media clips
  • Team introductions
  • Customer questions and answers
  • Website background footage
  • Product or service demonstrations
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Vertical and horizontal footage
  • Professional photographs
  • Advertising variations
  • Testimonials
  • Seasonal or evergreen content

This needs to be planned before filming.

A horizontal video cannot always be cropped into a strong vertical Reel. A close-up may work beautifully on social media but provide no room for website text. A thirty-minute interview can create multiple clips, but only if the right questions are asked and the recording is technically usable.

We plan the formats, framing, questions, scenes, and deliverables in advance so each production creates as much relevant value as possible.

More footage is not the same as more usable content.

Planning creates the difference.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL BUSINESS.

You do not need actors to make your business interesting.

The employee who has been doing the work for twenty years.

The owner who remembers every customer.

The process people never get to see.

The room everyone photographs when they visit.

The product detail that makes customers choose yours.

The moment your team knows the job was done correctly.

That is the content.

We help real people feel more comfortable in front of the camera and create enough structure to keep the production moving without making every moment feel staged.

You do not need to memorize a perfect script.

You need to understand the point, speak in your own language, and have someone behind the camera who knows how to guide the conversation.

The result should feel polished.

But it should still feel like you.

PHOTO & VIDEO STRATEGY

The camera comes after the questions.

Strong production begins before the shoot.

We consider:

  • Who the audience is
  • What they already know
  • What they need to understand
  • What could make them hesitate
  • Which parts of the business build trust
  • Where the content will appear
  • Which formats each platform requires
  • How long the content needs to remain relevant
  • Who will appear on camera
  • What needs to be prepared in advance
  • Which locations, products, or processes must be captured
  • What action the audience should take next

Then we develop the production approach.

That may include a creative concept, mood references, interview questions, script, storyboard, shot list, schedule, location plan, wardrobe guidance, prop list, product preparation, and final deliverables.

Not every project needs a complicated production document.

Every project does need a clear purpose.

CONTENT FOR EVERY STAGE

Different customers need to see different things before they are ready.

Someone discovering your business for the first time may need a quick introduction.

Someone comparing options may need to see your process, expertise, results, products, or customer experience.

Someone nearly ready to buy may need a testimonial, demonstration, detailed explanation, or answer to one final concern.

Photo and video can support every stage.

A complete visual strategy may include:

  • Short attention-building content
  • Brand awareness videos
  • Educational content
  • Service explanations
  • Product demonstrations
  • Team introductions
  • Customer testimonials
  • Case study visuals
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Sales support materials
  • Retargeting advertisements
  • Customer onboarding videos
  • Recruitment content

The strongest visual is not always the most cinematic one.

It is the one that gives the right person the information they need next.

YOUR VISUAL LIBRARY

Stop searching for a usable photo every time you need to post something.

Without an organized visual library, marketing becomes unnecessarily difficult.

The team searches through phones, old folders, text messages, screenshots, and images saved from social media.

The same five photos appear everywhere.

No one knows which files are current, approved, or large enough to print.

And opportunities are missed because the business does not have the right visual available when it is needed.

We can plan productions around building a broader collection of reusable content.

That may include:

  • Horizontal website images
  • Vertical social media images
  • Wide images with space for text
  • Close-up details
  • Team portraits
  • Individual headshots
  • Product images
  • Location photographs
  • Working and process images
  • Customer experience scenes
  • Seasonal content
  • Background textures and visual details
  • Short video clips
  • Evergreen footage

One shoot will not create every image a business will ever need.

But the right shot list can prevent one production from becoming a collection of ten nearly identical photographs.

DESIGNED FOR WHERE IT WILL LIVE

A television screen, website banner, Instagram Reel, and printed brochure do not need the same file.

Content should be created with its final placement in mind.

Each channel may require different:

  • Dimensions
  • Orientation
  • Resolution
  • Duration
  • Pacing
  • Safe areas for text
  • File size
  • Captioning
  • Sound strategy
  • Thumbnail or cover image
  • Opening hook
  • Call to action

A video playing silently on a homepage needs to communicate differently from one being watched with sound on YouTube.

A product image for an online store needs different framing from a photograph used across a trade show display.

A Reel may need to earn attention immediately. A longer brand video may have time to develop a story.

We prepare the creative direction and final files around their intended use rather than treating every screen and platform as interchangeable.

VIDEO THAT EARNS ITS LENGTH

Longer does not mean more valuable.

Businesses often try to fit the entire company into one video.

The history. Every service. Every employee. Every differentiator. Every location. Every award. Every reason to call.

The result may be complete, but it is rarely compelling.

People will give a video more time when it continues giving them a reason to watch.

We shape the length around the message, audience, platform, and stage of the decision.

Some ideas need ten seconds.

Some need two minutes.

Some deserve a complete story.

The goal is not to make every video short.

It is to make every second useful.

IS YOUR CONTENT SHOWING THE REAL BUSINESS?

Customers cannot value what they cannot see.

Your business may need new photo or video content if:

  • Your website relies heavily on generic stock photography
  • Your team photos no longer represent the current company
  • Your products look different in person than they do online
  • Customers do not understand what your service includes
  • Your social media repeatedly uses the same images
  • Your business has changed, but the visuals have not
  • Competitors appear more established because their content is stronger
  • You have valuable expertise but no system for capturing it
  • Your location or customer experience is difficult to explain with words
  • Your videos feel improvised and disconnected
  • You have plenty of footage but very little you can actually publish
  • Every campaign requires starting the visual content from zero
  • Your team avoids the camera because no one knows what to say
  • You are launching a new brand, website, product, service, or location

The business does not need content simply to fill empty space.

It needs visuals that help customers recognize its value.

OUR PROCESS

Plan the story. Prepare the details. Capture what matters.

01

Discover

We learn about your business, audience, brand, goals, customer journey, available locations, people, products, current content, and where the final assets will be used.

02

Define

We determine the purpose of the production, core message, creative direction, priorities, formats, deliverables, and what the content needs to help the audience understand or do.

03

Plan

We organize the production details.

Depending on the project, this may include concepts, references, scripts, interview questions, shot lists, schedules, locations, wardrobe guidance, product preparation, props, participants, and technical requirements.

04

Prepare

Your team receives clear guidance about what needs to be ready, who needs to participate, where filming will happen, and how the production day will work.

05

Capture

We direct and capture the planned photography, interviews, scenes, products, services, locations, or event content.

We also stay alert for unplanned moments that could strengthen the final story.

06

Edit

We select and refine the strongest material.

Video editing may include sequencing, color correction, audio work, music, text, captions, graphics, and format variations based on the approved scope.

Photography editing may include selection, color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments, and other agreed refinements.

07

Review

You review the agreed deliverables through an organized feedback process.

Revision rounds, decision-makers, and what qualifies as a scope change are defined in the project agreement.

08

Deliver

Approved files are prepared in the formats included in the project.

When Sassy is supporting the larger campaign, we can also help place, publish, organize, or adapt the content for its intended channels.

PREPARING FOR THE SHOOT

A little preparation saves a lot of “we can fix that later.”

Editing can improve content.

It cannot recreate every detail that was missing during production.

A cluttered location, wrinkled uniform, unavailable employee, unfinished product, incorrect signage, noisy environment, or forgotten piece of equipment can affect what we are able to capture.

Before production, we help identify what needs attention.

Depending on the project, preparation may include:

  • Cleaning and organizing the location
  • Confirming employees or participants
  • Preparing products and packaging
  • Selecting wardrobe
  • Checking uniforms and branded materials
  • Gathering tools, props, or equipment
  • Identifying customer permissions
  • Confirming access and timing
  • Preparing talking points
  • Reviewing names, titles, facts, and claims
  • Planning around customers and normal business operations
  • Creating a weather or location backup plan

Your business does not need to stop looking real.

But the camera notices details people overlook during a busy workday.

“Fix it in post” is not a production plan.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Clear deliverables. No mystery folder.

The final deliverables depend on the production scope and may include:

  • Edited high-resolution photographs
  • Web-optimized image files
  • Vertical and horizontal image selections
  • Final edited videos
  • Short-form video variations
  • Vertical, square, or horizontal formats
  • Captioned versions
  • Clean versions without captions
  • Thumbnail or cover images
  • Website background clips
  • Interview edits
  • Social media cutdowns
  • Campaign-specific variations
  • An organized asset library

The proposal should identify what is being created, how many final assets are included, which formats will be delivered, how feedback will be handled, and where the content is intended to be used.

Raw photographs, unedited footage, project files, and every recorded take are not automatically included.

If those materials are important to your team, they should be discussed before production and addressed clearly in the agreement.

USAGE & PERMISSIONS

Know where the content can go before the camera starts rolling.

Commercial content may involve usage permissions, locations, employees, customers, models, music, fonts, stock elements, artwork, trademarks, or other material belonging to someone else.

The requirements depend on the production and intended use.

Content created for organic social media may require different permissions from content used in paid advertising, broadcast, packaging, resale, or a large campaign.

Before production, the business should identify how and where it expects to use the final work.

When releases or approvals are necessary, responsibilities should be established in advance.

Sassy does not assume that every person, location, object, song, or third-party asset appearing in a production is automatically cleared for every commercial use.

Clear expectations protect the business, the participants, and the final project.

ONGOING CONTENT PRODUCTION

Your business keeps moving. Your visual content should keep up.

A single production can create a strong foundation.

But teams change. Products launch. Projects are completed. New questions appear. Seasons shift. Events happen. And platforms continue demanding fresh material.

For businesses with ongoing needs, we can develop a recurring production rhythm.

That may include:

  • Scheduled content days
  • Monthly or quarterly photography
  • Short-form video batches
  • Leadership or expert interviews
  • Project documentation
  • Product launches
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Event coverage
  • Customer stories
  • Website and asset library updates

Recurring production allows the team to collect ideas in advance, prepare efficiently, and capture several priorities during an organized session.

It also helps the brand remain current without turning every workday into an unplanned filming day.

MEASUREMENT

Views tell us someone watched. They do not tell us the whole story.

Photo and video can influence recognition, trust, engagement, website behavior, inquiries, sales, recruitment, event attendance, and customer understanding.

But the value of every asset cannot always be reduced to one number.

Depending on the campaign and tracking available, we may evaluate:

  • Video views and watch time
  • Audience retention
  • Completion rate
  • Engagement quality
  • Shares and saves
  • Website interactions
  • Landing page activity
  • Product page behavior
  • Leads or inquiries
  • Advertisement performance
  • Event registrations
  • Sales-assisted content
  • Content reuse across channels
  • Feedback from customers or sales teams
  • Growth in branded search or recognition

A video with fewer views may be more valuable if it helps the right customer make a decision.

We evaluate the content based on the job it was created to do.

WHY SASSY?

We do not separate the content from the marketing it needs to support.

Sassy Square brings together strategy, creative direction, photography, video, design, copywriting, social media, websites, advertising, and local marketing.

That changes the questions we ask during production.

Where will this image appear?

What does the website need?

Can this interview support several pieces of content?

Does the customer understand the service after watching?

Will the footage work in both horizontal and vertical formats?

Does the visual direction feel like the same brand people see everywhere else?

We are not creating content simply to complete a shoot.

We are creating useful visual material that can move through the business, support the customer journey, and make future marketing stronger.

Captured here. Ready to work everywhere.
Questions, answered

Before we say “action”...

What types of businesses do you photograph and film?

We work with service businesses, product-based companies, retailers, restaurants, hospitality businesses, contractors, professional service providers, cultural organizations, nonprofits, attractions, events, and other organizations that need original commercial content.

The production approach is adapted to the business, audience, environment, and intended use.

Do you help us decide what to photograph or film?

Yes. Planning is an important part of the service.

We help determine the purpose, message, people, locations, scenes, questions, formats, and deliverables needed for the project.

Do we need to write our own script?

No. When a script is appropriate, we can help develop it.

Some videos work better with a complete script. Others feel more natural with guided questions, talking points, demonstrations, or a combination of planned and unscripted moments.

What if our team is uncomfortable on camera?

That is common.

We provide guidance before and during filming, keep the conversation focused, and allow room for multiple takes when necessary.

Most people do not need to become performers. They need to understand what they are communicating and feel supported while doing it.

Can you create both photography and video during the same production?

Yes, when the schedule, crew, locations, and scope allow it.

Combining photography and video can be efficient, but both require time and attention. We plan the production carefully so one does not weaken the other.

Can you create content for our website and social media at the same time?

Yes. This should be planned before filming or photography begins.

Website and social media content may require different orientations, compositions, lengths, resolutions, and pacing. We identify those requirements in the shot list and deliverables.

Do you provide models, actors, voiceover artists, locations, props, or styling?

Those resources can be discussed when a production requires them.

Outside talent, specialized locations, extensive props, hair and makeup, wardrobe styling, set design, licensing, travel, and other production expenses may require separate coordination and costs.

Do you travel?

Yes. We work in Gloucester, across the North Shore, and in other locations depending on the project.

Travel time, transportation, lodging, permits, and other location-related expenses may be quoted separately when applicable.

How long does a production take?

The timeline depends on the number of locations, participants, products, scenes, interviews, setups, and final deliverables.

A focused headshot session may take far less time than a multi-location brand production.

We create a schedule based on what can be captured responsibly within the available time.

How quickly will we receive the final content?

Turnaround depends on the scope, volume of material, editing requirements, feedback process, and current production schedule.

The expected timeline is established before the project begins. Time-sensitive campaigns should be scheduled with enough room for planning, production, revisions, and final delivery.

Do you provide raw photographs or unedited video footage?

Raw photographs, unedited footage, complete recording sessions, and editable project files are not automatically included.

If your team requires those materials, tell us before the proposal is prepared so expectations, file handling, storage, and any additional costs can be addressed clearly.

Who owns the final content?

Ownership and usage rights are defined in the project agreement.

The terms may depend on what is being created, where it will be used, whether third-party materials are involved, and whether the content includes licensed music, stock assets, talent, locations, or other restricted elements.

Can you use content we already have?

Yes, if the files are technically suitable and your business has permission to use them.

We can review existing photographs and footage, identify what remains useful, and determine what should be updated or captured again.

Can you guarantee that a video will go viral?

No.

Reach depends on the idea, execution, audience, platform, timing, distribution, competition, and many factors outside any production company’s control.

We focus on creating content that represents the business well, serves a clear purpose, and gives the right audience a reason to pay attention.

YOUR BUSINESS IS WORTH SEEING.

Let’s capture what makes people choose you.

Tell us what you need to show, where the content will be used, and what you want your audience to understand.

We will help turn it into a production plan and a visual library built to work across your marketing.
